Terms & conditions.

These terms and conditions form the agreement between you and OnlineUni for the use of the onlineuni.org website and every product and service purchased through it. By browsing the website, creating an enquiry, or completing a purchase, you accept these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or purchase a programme. Your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of England and Wales are not affected by anything in this agreement.

• "OnlineUni", "we", "us" — OnlineUni, a trading name of London School of Business and Research Limited.
• "You", "learner" — the person who purchases or studies a programme, or otherwise uses the website.
• "Programme" — a Certificate, Advanced Certificate or Diploma course offered through the website.
• "Learning platform" — the online learning environment on which programmes are delivered, operated within our group of companies under the TilGlobal brand.
• "Study plan" — the Standard (2-month) or Fast Track (1-month) delivery schedule selected at checkout.
• "Membership" — the TilGlobal One monthly membership described in section 13.

OnlineUni is a trading name of London School of Business and Research Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10684693, with its registered office at 622 Crown House, North Circular Road, Park Royal, London, NW10 7PN, United Kingdom. Our programmes are professional development courses designed for career advancement. They are self-contained qualifications of achievement issued by OnlineUni; where a programme page describes specific outcomes, the programme page forms part of the contract for that purchase.

Every subject we teach is offered at three levels, all delivered 100% online and studied at your own pace within your study plan:

• Certificate — a focused introduction to the subject across 3 modules.
• Advanced Certificate — deeper professional specialisation across 7 modules.
• Diploma — our flagship level: 25 modules bundling three full Advanced Certificate pathways into a single programme.

The modules listed on a programme page at the time of purchase are the modules you will study. We continuously improve course content; updates and refreshes that do not remove the advertised substance of the programme are part of normal service.

• Our programmes are open-enrolment professional development courses. There are no formal academic entry requirements.
• You must be at least 16 years old to enrol. Learners under 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information at checkout, including your legal name (which appears on your certificate) and a working email address.
• Enrolment is complete when payment is confirmed and your welcome email with access instructions is sent.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel an enrolment where fraud, abuse or a payment problem is suspected; a declined enrolment that has been paid for is refunded in full.

• All fees are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are payable in full at checkout before access is granted.
• Payment is processed securely by our payment providers through our group checkout. We do not store your full card details on our own systems.
• The price shown on the programme page and at checkout at the moment of purchase is the price you pay. Later promotions do not apply retrospectively.
• Optional add-ons — the printed certificate (£50) and Lifetime Access (£20) — are charged separately and only when you choose them.
• Any bank, currency-conversion or card charges levied by your own bank are your responsibility.

• The Standard plan gives you 2 months of course access from enrolment, at the advertised programme fee.
• The Fast Track plan gives you 1 month of access at a fixed uplift above the Standard fee, for learners who want to finish quickly.
• Study is self-paced within your plan: there are no live classes to attend and no fixed timetables.
• If you need longer, contact us before your access ends — extensions are available, and the Lifetime Access add-on keeps your course materials permanently available.
• Access that lapses without an extension or Lifetime Access may be reactivated at our discretion; a reactivation fee may apply.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and study the programme for the duration of your study plan (or permanently, with Lifetime Access). Under this licence:

• Your account and login credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with anyone.
• Course materials are for your own study only and may not be copied, resold, republished, scraped or redistributed in any form.
• We monitor for concurrent and anomalous access; credential sharing may result in suspension under section 18.
• The licence is provisioned immediately on purchase and all sales are final, as set out in the Refunds Policy.

All content on the website and the learning platform — including course materials, module content, assessments, text, graphics, logos, page designs and software — is owned by or licensed to London School of Business and Research Limited and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property to you. Your certificate is yours; the course that earned it remains ours.

Academic integrity

• Assessments must be your own work. Plagiarism, impersonation and contract cheating are prohibited.
• Attempting to manipulate, automate or game assessments is prohibited.

Respectful behaviour

• Communications with our staff, professors and consultants must remain civil. Abuse, harassment or discriminatory language is not tolerated.
• Attempting to compromise the security or performance of the website or learning platform is prohibited.

Serious or repeated breaches of this code may lead to suspension or termination under section 18.

• Programmes are assessed through online module assessments completed on the learning platform.
• Assessments are designed to confirm learning, not to catch you out — where an attempt is unsuccessful, you may review the material and reattempt.
• A programme is complete when all modules and their assessments have been finished.
• On completion, your digital certificate is issued as described in section 12.

• Your digital certificate is included in the programme fee and is issued electronically on completion.
• The name on your certificate is the name provided at checkout. Corrections are free where the error is ours; a reissue fee may apply where the details supplied were incorrect.
• The optional printed certificate (£50) is produced after completion and shipped to the address you provide. Delivery times vary by destination.
• Certificates record the completion of an OnlineUni professional development programme. It is your responsibility to confirm suitability for any specific employer, institution or regulatory purpose before purchase.

TilGlobal One is an optional monthly membership that sits on your account and covers every programme you study with us.

• Billing: the membership fee is charged monthly from the date you join, until you cancel.
• Cancellation: cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us; you keep all benefits until the end of the paid month. Payments already taken are not refunded.
• Benefits include 24/7 professor support, CV review and career guidance, priority handling of printed certificates, a personalised learning roadmap, mock interview practice, the member resource library, study planning and the member community.
• Benefits are for your personal use and are subject to the fair-use principles in section 14.
• We may adjust the membership price or benefits with at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect from your next billing month, and you may cancel before they apply.

• Every enrolled learner can reach a professor during standard hours: 11am–2pm and 3pm–5pm UK time. TilGlobal One members can ask at any hour.
• Support is provided for the subjects you are studying with us and for reasonable study, career and assessment guidance.
• Fair use applies: support may not be used to complete assessments on your behalf, for volumes of requests inconsistent with individual study, or for matters unrelated to your learning.
• Response times are targets, not guarantees, and may vary with demand.

• We aim to keep the website and learning platform available around the clock, but availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
• Planned maintenance is scheduled to minimise disruption. Significant unplanned downtime on our side is compensated with study-plan extensions.
• We may upgrade, migrate or redesign the platform. Where a migration occurs, your enrolment, progress and any Lifetime Access carry over.

• You may not use the website to transmit malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with other users.
• Automated purchasing, enquiry flooding and abuse of the chat service are prohibited.
• Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

How we collect and use your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. When refunds are and are not available is set out in our Refunds Policy. Both form part of this agreement.

• We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached — including credential sharing, academic misconduct, abuse of staff, unfounded chargebacks or unlawful use.
• Wherever proportionate, we will warn you and give you the opportunity to remedy the issue before suspending access.
• Fees are not refunded where access is terminated for a genuine breach of these terms.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting us; closure does not by itself create a right to a refund.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to that:

• Our total liability to you arising from or in connection with a purchase is limited to the total fees you paid for that purchase.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, loss of opportunity, or losses arising from decisions made in reliance on course content.
• Programmes are educational products. Outcomes such as employment, promotion or admission to other institutions depend on factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.

• If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
• A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of it.
• You may not assign this agreement; we may assign it within our group of companies without affecting your rights.
• These terms, together with the policies referenced in section 17 and the programme page for your purchase, are the entire agreement between us.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes affecting active memberships are notified in advance under section 13. The "last updated" date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
